need and desired performance.
- Superior Wear Life
- Anti-Blinding
- Anti-Pegging
- Easy Installation
- Available in our proprietary Xtreme high tensile, oil tempered
or stainless steel wire.
- Molded rubber strips should match bucker bars for best screening
action, greatest open area, and wear life.
- Laps (1”) are standard on DR, AR, and HR styles with openings
3/8” and smaller. Laps must be installed on the feed end (up
and under) and are optional on larger openings, as well as on Type
SR.
Type DR = Diamond Opening
- Diamond shaped openings with molded rubber holding high strength
wires in place.
- Screens dry or damp material with superior anti-blinding,
anti-pegging, and/or wear life.
- Order smaller wire when blinding is the issue, larger wire
for longer life.
|
 |
Type AR = Dur-X-Accuslot Style Opening
- Alternating "Z" and straight wires that form triangular
shaped openings. Wires are held in proper position by
molded rubber strips.
- Accurate sizing with the efficiency of long slotted
opening screens.
|
 |
Type HR = Herringbone Slot Opening
- Slotted openings formed by parallel and in-phase "crimped"
wires with molded rubber holding the high strength wires in
place.
- Screen dry or damp material with superior anti-blinding and/or
wear life.
- Order smaller wire when blinding is the issue, larger wire
for longer life.
- Perform best when gradation from raw to finished product is
not great. They do well in keeping roots, grass, and other stringy
debris from clogging the screen surface.
|
 |
Type SR = Straight Wire Slot Opening
- Long slot screens that have parallel wires. The wires are
held in proper position by molded rubber strips.
- Size dry or damp material with higher throughput than other
screen types. Wear life is superior to conventional woven screens.
